Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install, configure & maintain computer (Desktop/Laptop) Hardware, Software, Systems, Networks, Printers, Scanners and other IT appliances.
∎ Provide IT support to users for Desktops, Laptops, Internet, Scanners, Printers and other IT assets.
∎ Configure & troubleshoot Outlook for E-mail service.
∎ Configure, implement and troubleshoot active network equipment like- Switches, Routers, Network appliances, Firewalls.
∎ Configuration and maintenance of LAN/WAN/WI-FI setup and troubleshooting. Keeping close liaison with ISP.
∎ CC camera installation, monitoring and maintenance.
∎ Maintenance of IT inventory for both hardware and software and maintaining proper documentation.
∎ Make recommendations on purchases for all workstations, printers, and other hardware and software.
∎ Support and Training for general users and solve transactional errors and problems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on IP Phone configures.
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
