∎ B.Sc in CSE/IT (M.Sc in CSE/IT preferable)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Troubleshoot all kind of IT related hardware and network device
∎ Setup Operation System and Support software for user PC and Laptop
∎ Update system as soon as new versions of OS, mail and application software come out
∎ Monitor threads like Adware, Malware and Spam etc.
∎ Handle Robi mobile billing system and support the mobile users
∎ Perform daily and monthly backup mail server, file server etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 year experience required
∎ Excellent in English and Excel
