Education:

• Minimum Graduate in any discipline from any reputed public or private university

• Age 25 to 35 years

• The applicant should have good positive mindset with CAN DO ATTITUDE.
• The applicant should be self-motivated, responsible and goal oriented.
• Should be team player having good interpersonal skills.
• Should have good communication abilities in Bangla and English both oral and written.
• Able to work under pressure and should have positive and flexible attitude.
• Computer literacy is must, especially in office packages.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging environment.

• Prepare daily operation bulletin and line layout.

• Check workers daily attendance and make adjustment to balance production line.

• In-line hourly production monitoring & follow up to achieve the target day to day basis.

• Follow up new style changing & record QCO time.

• Do regular & required Time Study, Capacity Study, Motion Study follow up.

• Analyze individual operator’s skill level and follow up operators’ performance.

• Find bottleneck process & balance the line.

• Fixing & monitoring line score sheets by hourly output basis.

• Production Study based on critical process.

• 5S implementation in the working area.

• Costing SOT & SOT validation.

• Find the opportunity to develop the operation.

• Coordinate with sewing technicians and Line Supervisors for line setting and feeding.

• Should able to execution production plan in production line.

• Skill evaluation of employees during recruiting new manpower.

• Skill Matrix updating in weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.

• Assess, calculate and record Non-Production Time (NPT) in production lines and reduce NPT.

• Train the concern employees to increase productivity.

• Prepare Cumulative SMV (Cutting-Preparation/ Setting-Quality-Finishing-Packing) for regular style.

• Generate innovation to develop production process and product quality.

• Perform other duties as when assign by the superior.

• Selected candidates will be given training before assigning to their jobs.
