Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct time & motion studies, set SMVs, and ensure accurate line balancing.
∎ Monitor production efficiency and analyze daily output to identify bottlenecks.
∎ Optimize line layouts and manpower planning for lingerie production.
∎ Support smooth style changeovers and implementation of new styles.
∎ Drive method improvements, reduce non-productive time, and promote lean practices.
∎ Assist in capacity planning and prepare performance reports.
∎ Train operators on improved methods and ensure SOP adherence.
