Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM)
∎ Skills Required: Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Good at Bangla and English typing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Bangladesh Labor Law, HR Development, HR Operations, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Insurance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare letters including conveying important information, formalizing HR decisions, and maintaining clear and professional communication within the organization.
∎ Assist in the recruitment process, conduct interviews, and facilitate the onboarding of new employees.
∎ Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant employment laws.
∎ Identify learning needs and support training initiatives.
∎ Maintain accurate employee records and handle confidential data with discretion.
∎ Administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
∎ Collaborate on various HR projects and initiatives as required by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong understanding of HR principles and Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ Must have advance computer literacy, especially familiarity with MS-Office and Bangla typing.
∎ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
∎ Excellent written Communication skill in both English and Bangla.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Salary: Negotiable
