Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare various reports on Payroll software
∎ Maintain HRIS and Database in KORMEE Software.
∎ Prepare bonus & earn leave payment sheet.
∎ Increment & Promotion update in KORMEE software
∎ Prepare employees' compensation, final settlement, and maternity benefit by using KORMEE software
∎ Monitoring daily in-time and out-time, attendance missing, late attendance, time records etc.
∎ Daily factory Manpower report preparing.
∎ Maintaining attendance, off day, Leave management, wages, overtime and payslip, etc.
∎ Deal with the recruitment process, compensation & benefits, performance appraisal, and Orientation.
∎ Handle disciplinary matters, grievance procedures etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent team player, independent, Can Do attitude, Self-motivated & result-oriented.
∎ Excellent communication in written & speaking in English.
∎ Well versed in computer application
∎ Knowledge of MS Office application,
∎ Strong communication (presentation & content) & interpersonal skills.
