∎ To followup policy procedure, SOP & documents as required.
∎ Maintain HR software.
∎ To coordinate in training & development and awareness programs issues.
∎ To prepare attendance, leave record & reporting to concern department.
∎ To keep the personnel records & Files of employees with high level of confidentiality.
∎ To arrange recruitment & selection process.
∎ Prepare salary, compensation & benefit and employee separation process.
∎ To Maintain HR & Admin related necessary papers & equipment.
∎ Other Administrative work.
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Must be team oriented.
∎ Good skill in English Writing & Speaking.
∎ Should have good knowledge in computer (Ms Office, Ms Excel, E-mail handling etc.).
∎ Job Location: Bangladesh Correspondence Office, Uttara, Dhaka.
