Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA major in HRM/ Masters Degree in Management from any recognized university.
∎ Candidates must possess 2nd class or higher CGPA.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To update and maintain personal files and other HR documents;
∎ To prepare attendance and leave report;
∎ To assist in performance appraisal related tasks;
∎ To prepare different types of official documents and reports as per direction;
∎ To ensure healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of safety, hygiene and environment;
∎ To assist in overall administrative tasks which include security management, vendor management and events management etc.
∎ Perform other duties as and when assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience in relevant field with any reputed FI/ Institution.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office environment.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Energetic and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to maintain strict discipline and confidentiality.
