Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruitment
∎
∎ Support to recruitment process of CCCM staffs;
∎ Support to design, Develop & Plan Staff Development Programmes. Develop strategy and prepare tools for training needs assessment;
∎ Support to systematic training and development needs assessment process is in place and incorporated within formal performance appraisal review, training need assessment, job analysis report etc.
∎ Support to training development programmes are designed, implemented and followed up in a professional way, using both internal and external resources;
∎ Support to annual training budget. Organize, Conduct, Monitor and Evaluate designed courses;
∎ Support to ensure staff with expertise regularly shares knowledge and understanding of technical and approaches issue with other colleagues/team through arranging and promoting regular focus group, proactive mentoring and regular in-house seminars / discourses;
∎ Support to develop training modules. Prepare implementation plan for each training course according to yearly training plan and budget. Identify/contact appropriate resource persons, prepare detail terms of reference and ensure availability;
∎ Support to different training / sessions. Conduct course monitoring, evaluation and disseminate findings.
∎ Design and Develop Cost Effective and Relevant Courses
∎
∎ Ensure allocated training budget is fully and appropriately utilized, identifying alternative funds if essential. Prepare course curriculum in accordance with training plan;
∎ Ensure that training and development budgets follows AAB policy and staff and Line Managers are aware of available funds and are encouraged to use them to deliver staff training and development strategy.
∎ Training Evaluation and Follow-up Learning Progress with Participants and other Concern Persons
∎
∎ Organize relevant learning / training courses and ensure maintenance of all necessary materials; related to the efficient delivery and measurement of training;
∎ Close follow-up and monitoring learning progress with participants and other concern;
∎ Prepare follow-up report and provide feedback;
∎ Provide learning support through coaching, materials and discussion;
∎ Performance Management Process
∎
∎ Support to Performance Appraisal Process has been properly adept in all level of the organization;
∎ Support to analyses results and create action plans based on Performance Appraisal.
∎ Organisational Development
∎
∎ Support to Deputy Director - HROD on Organisational Development (OD) issues;
∎ Work closely with expertise team to develop/review different relevant polices/other policies to enhance organizational effectiveness through analysing as well as diagnosing employee need;
∎ Support to identify and share both internal and external best practices in order to benchmark HR activities;
∎ Based on Exit Interview & other documents, prepare management report to assist Senior Management take necessary action;
∎ Support to develop and update of HR and relevant policy and guidelines;
∎ Support to enhance the partner OD process.
∎ Day to Day HR Related Activities
∎
∎ Work with other HR Team members as horizontal team member for day to day HR related activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years of progressively work experience. Experience to work in Humanitarian Response projects will be given preference.
∎ Excellent skills in computer-based application packages i.e. MS Office and web-based applications/tools.
∎ Good understanding on staff safety, security, health and wellbeing issues.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and handle complex and critical situations.
∎ Ability and adaptability to work in a multi-cultural team environment.
∎ Ability to work under extreme pressure and meeting deadlines.
∎ Team player with strong experience in multi-cultural and multi-ethnic environment.
