∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Share brokerage, Share Settlement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Share Brokerage/ Securities House

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the CDBL Operations
∎ Upload required files in back office software generated by CDBL
∎ Perform Share transfer/Transmission, Pledging & Unpledging, Demat/Remat, Corporate Action and Share Settlement.
∎ Manage daily settlements of all segments in back-office systems. Such this includes trade processing, sending contract notes & daily margin statements, Trade reconciliation & Obligation matching with exchange files etc.
∎ Ensure IPO data processing and uploading IPO applications to the exchange.
∎ Complete interactive with Panel Merchant Bank and Asset Management Companies to ensure daily trade settlement.

∎ Age at least 26 years
