Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend Incoming calls from investors and provide appropriate services and solutions within the timeline.
∎ Investor on-boarding and exit procedure with proper co-ordination with the related team & the investors.
∎ Act on investors’ feedback for excellent customer experience
∎ Prepare MIS reports as per management requirement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Confidence, patience, politeness, tact & diplomacy when dealing with difficult situations;
∎ Creative thinking, able to come up with new ideas to improve the standards;
∎ Organizational and planning skills to update Standard Operating Procedure;

∎ Problem-solving skills;
Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
