Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, Share brokerage
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Share Brokerage/ Securities House

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work in liaison with regulators and ensure regulatory compliance.
∎ Audit Management (Internal & External Audit, DSE, CSE, BSEC & CDBL)
∎ Monitoring Trade Compliance ( Over Buy, Z, and Spot category netting, etc.)
∎ Margin loan monitoring (Non-margin scrip, overbuy, ED ratio)
∎ Be up-to-date on all security related laws, regulations, and circulars and conduct the required awareness program.
∎ Coordinating and providing data and MIS to management and internal and external auditors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Possess basic understanding of Bangladesh Capital Market
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
∎ Fluent in English and Bengali with good communication skills
∎ Competent in usages MS Office applications
