Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Law (LLM)
∎ Bachelors degree holders in any discipline are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Having 1-2 years sound work experience in MNC/ FMCG/group of companies in the relevant field.
∎ The candidate should have good communication, negotiation and people's skill. Apart from these, he/she should be dynamic, organized, analytical, pro-active, good communicator, assertive, pleasant personality, result oriented and problem solver.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle and suggest on legal issues arising out of company's business operation
∎ Communicate and interact with panel lawyers regarding legal issues of the company
∎ Provide timely legal advice as required. Source the most independent, accurate and up-to-date legal advice for the organization at the most economically advantageous
∎ Resource legal Affairs with a solicitor for land issues, legal agreements, leases, licenses etc.
∎ Handle & solve trademark, copyright and other IPR related issues of the company
∎ Ensure legal update of all compliance as per WTO/ ITO regulations
∎ Ensure with Dept./ team members to use the link between local law and the international business laws
∎ Develop rapport with local and international consultants and organizations to enhance our capability in this area.
∎ Ensure continual improvement and updating of systems, procedure and self.
∎ Any other assignments as and when, required or as advised by the management.

∎ Dealing with different Govt. & legislative bodies, local & international bodies
∎ Dependence on bureaucratic channels for results
∎ Strong rapport with Govt. bodies
