Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Electrical
∎ Candidate must have 6 months fire safety course from Fire Service & Civil Defense.
∎ Minimum degree in Mechanical/Electrical or any other engineering diploma.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regularly checking & implementing the addressable fire detection & protection system according to the rules of BNBC, DIFE, NFPA, fire service rules, Accord, BLR, BLA and others law of the land.
∎ Ensure updating all relevant Registers and Checklist as required by NFPA and other relevant law.
∎ Ensure the use of personal protective equipment and safety operation procedure in the factory.
∎ Maintain and monitor the maintenance of all firefighting equipment within the establishment including equipment replacement.
∎ Conduct regular fire drill and emergency evacuation drill to aware employees any emergency incident.
∎ Develop training materials and conduct training sessions on fire protection and time to time observe fire safety demonstration.
∎ Conduct continuous floor visit and advice factory concern regarding fire & safety related non-compliances issues and discuss the way to resolve.
∎ Any other assignment related to health & safety as delegated by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 31 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 Year experience in any Accord/Alliance listed Factory.
∎ Candidate should have basic knowledge of the fire and safety related rules of Accord, Fire Service, BNBC, DIFE, NFPA, Bangladesh labour law and rules.
∎ Basic hands-on Experience in basic addressable fire detector, control panel and fire pump maintenance.
∎ Willing to live nearby the factory area.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Ability to use Microsoft office, email and other multimedia software will be highly prioritized.
