∎ HSC/Graduation in any discipline from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ -Provide positive motivation and direct/lead the efforts of the shift to meet or exceed production goals
∎ -Ensure smooth execution of overall finishing of apparels as per the buyers' specifications and meet the shipment schedule
∎ -Take the ownership to achieve the goal and accomplishing the job target
∎ -Make finishing production plans on regular basis
∎ -Execute the plans and reach the target set by the company
∎ -Work closely with Quality Assurance department to ensure the required standard of finished garments
∎ -Ensure minimizing of left over garment
∎ -Ensure stock report, daily wastage report and all other types of
∎ report
∎ -Carry out any other job assigned by management
