Export Commercial, Export Documentation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Confirm schedule with the factory GM/Production manager/ to know about production plan to prepare Export delivery shipment planning in timely.
∎ Export date coding properly setup in the image machine.
∎ Raise RM/PM requirement as per job order.
∎ Maintain stock and inventory of packaging materials.
∎ Print out all job order /in timely & hand over to production floor for smooth production.
∎ Check, sign every job order & ensure proper coding information country wise.
∎ Arrange all the formalities for delivery, prepare undelivered report to H/O.
∎ Ensure product & Packaging Quality of export goods at factory end on time.
∎ Maintain optimal stock Levels, Inform & arise purchase demand that reach the re-order level to order from supplier.
∎ Carry out regular PSI (Pre-shipment Inspection) of all finish goods (FG) of export & send PSI Report to Head office (all Concern with Picture)
∎ Ensure proper Truck loading & Timely shipment (with samples documents).
∎ Check incoming materials for quality & quantity against invoices, purchase orders.
∎ Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
∎ BD customs & foreign customs sample properly arrange.
∎ Ensure delivery challan as per invoice.
∎ Frequent visit to different factory at the time of production and PSI.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Ability to move factory any time.
