Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): bulk bag, FIBC Bag

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set up production target & follow up to achieve target
∎ Set up production lines/ machines based on planning, manpower/ material availability
∎ Monitor workers to maximize hourly production
∎ Meet the quality requirements & delivery of products
∎ Ensure effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials
∎ Maintain liaison with stakeholders to ensure smooth supply of input materials
∎ Reduce wastage & minimize rework
∎ Maintain traceability and workplace organization

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate must have experience & thorough Knowledge on FIBC/ Woven Factory (cutting, printing, sewing machineries and recycle machine)
∎ Knowledge of fire and security issues
∎ Ability to identify hazard and experience in risk management
