Strong knowledge of embroidery machines, threads, and production techniques.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Executive – Embroidery to manage embroidery operations for both knit and woven garments from sample development to bulk production, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise embroidery work from sample to bulk production as per buyer requirements.
Ensure daily production targets and on-time delivery to the next process.
Coordinate sample approvals and execute necessary corrections.
Monitor embroidery layouts, machine performance, and technical issues.
Prepare daily and monthly production and cost reports.
Control wastage and optimize thread, manpower, and consumable usage.
Maintain 5S, safety, and buyer compliance standards on the floor.
Guide and monitor operators to ensure quality and productivity.
