Additional Requirements:
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in Front desk operations, Customer service / client handling in any diagnostic centers/hospitals.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong customer handling and problem-solving ability

  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, hospital/diagnostic software preferred)

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage patient flow efficiently.

Job Responsibilities.

  • Manage patient reception, front desk operations, and ensure smooth coordination with clinical and diagnostic departments.

  • Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing accurately while maintaining proper documentation and patient records.

  • Ensure timely, error-free report delivery and uphold organizational standards in patient care and communication.

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient queries professionally and empathetically.

  • Resolve complaints effectively and ensure service recovery with a focus on patient
