Responsibilities & Context:
Ø Operation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of HVAC and Purified Water Generation and Distribution System in Pharmaceuticals Plant.
Ø To operate and maintain specific log sheet of Air-Cooled Industrial Chiller for smooth HVAC support.
Ø To operate and monitor all relevant machines (heat exchanger, pumps, blower etc.) required for smooth operation of HVAC system.
Ø To operate and maintain specific log sheet of Purified Water Generation System.
Ø To monitor Manganese Sand Filter, Quartz Sand Filter, Activated Carbon Filter, Softener & water parameters (conductivity, pH, hardness) for uninterrupted generation of purified water.
Ø To operate and monitor all pumps, loops, heat exchanger and other relevant machineries of Purified Water Generation and Distribution System.
Ø To carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule and as per maintenance criteria and keep the record in machine service card.
Ø To work with experts from supplier and company engineering team during machine installation, repairmen and validation.
