Responsibilities & Context:
Operation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of HVAC and Purified Water Generation and Distribution System in Pharmaceuticals Plant.
To operate and maintain specific log sheet of Air-Cooled Industrial Chiller for smooth HVAC support.
To operate and monitor all relevant machines (heat exchanger, pumps, blower etc.) required for smooth operation of HVAC system.
To operate and maintain specific log sheet of Purified Water Generation System.
To monitor Manganese Sand Filter, Quartz Sand Filter, Activated Carbon Filter, Softener & water parameters (conductivity, pH, hardness) for uninterrupted generation of purified water.
To operate and monitor all pumps, loops, heat exchanger and other relevant machineries of Purified Water Generation and Distribution System.
To carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule and as per maintenance criteria and keep the record in machine service card.
To work with experts from supplier and company engineering team during machine installation, repairmen and validation.
