Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure daily dyeing production target achievement by following daily plan.
∎ Ensure all machine utilization.
∎ Check & confirm all dyeing recipe.
∎ Coordinate batch & LAB for machine feeding.
∎ Monitoring each & every dyeing parameter/process following by sedomaster.
∎ Follow up & check all dyeing parameter ie PH, SG, Hardness.
∎ Check & ensure batch to batch yarn lot before dying.
