Responsibilities & Context:
ACI Motors Limited is looking for an officer in our distribution warehouse/ showroom who will maintain the inventory & delivery of products for medical equipment business. Key responsibilities are -
Receive the product shipments, transferred goods etc. and ensure proper system entry and documentations.
Ensure on-time invoicing and proper documentations while product delivery.
Arrange proper delivery of products to the customers complying with company policy.
Support in logistics arrangement collaborating with the concerned stakeholders.
Receive payment, notify, and adjust against invoices timely.
Follow the SOPs for product storing, maintaining and ensure minimal damage/ defect.
Ensure stock availability according to demand and keep data of backorders and maintain proper communication with head office/stakeholders.
Provide monthly stock reconciliation reports & payment slips to head office.
Ensure proper documentation (such as invoices, approvals etc.) for further clarifications/ audit.
Ensure proper support and communication with sales/ marketing team.
Support in procurement-related activities as required.
