Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure time-to-time supply of construction materials to clients as per requirement and work schedule.
Coordinate with suppliers and transporters to ensure timely delivery of materials at site.
Check quantity, quality, and specifications of supplied materials before handover to the client.
Maintain proper delivery records, challans, and material tracking.
Prepare and support bill preparation, measurement sheets, and client invoicing.
Assist in tender document preparation and timely submission as per tender requirements.
Coordinate and ensure sample preparation and sample submission for client approval.
Follow up with clients regarding material approval, billing status, and payment coordination.
Communicate any delivery delays or material issues to management and clients promptly.
