Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Prepare architectural/technical drawings using AutoCAD 2D/3D
Manage supply chain activities, including materials sourcing, delivery, and tracking.
Operate a motorbike with a valid driving license and a personal bike for official duties.
Communicate effectively in Cox’s Bazar`s local language when required
Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and records using MS Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office
Support marketing and field coordination activities as assigned
Travel to project sites anywhere in Bangladesh as per the company`s needs
Demonstrate strong computer skills for daily operational tasks
Conduct cost estimation and support budgeting and BOQ preparation
Ensure quality assurance and compliance with project standards
Supervise and coordinate labour management at project sites
Maintain effective communication with team members, vendors, and stakeholders
Ensure accountability for assigned tasks, timelines, and resources
Perform duties with high levels of dedication, responsibility, and integrity
Show attentiveness and willingness to learn in a dynamic work environment
