Experience:
Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline from Govt. Approved National, Private or Public University.
The applicant should have minimum 05 years practical work experience at Hotel & Restaurant sectors in Store & Procurement department will be given preference.
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain, and vendor management.
Proficiency in ERP/Procurement software.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Must be well organized, honest, sincere and Non-smoker.
Record receiving and issuing of all materials report, Packaging material requisition, inventory taking, quality checking of accessories as per procedure.
Responsible to receive & Disburse materials as per challan.
Check inventory records for accuracy.
Keep records of items received, issued or transferred to another location.
Maintain all receivable & issue store document properly.
Maintain LIFO & FIFO Method for store management.
Ensure recording the time receiving of products and materials correctly and securely.
Lead and guide the store personnel to accomplish the assigned/ vested task in best possible way.
Responsible for doing warehouse activities to ensure that accessories are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
Responsible for controlling total area of his store and observe the condition of store house early in the morning to determine the condition of storage items and its safety stock.
Follow and implement the operational strategies and procedures according to the company policy.
Ensure recording the time receiving of products and materials correctly and securely.
Make sure of material storage with proper traceability and identity and whether these are being stored maintaining proper principle of storage.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly stock reports and send to the related department.
Any other tasks as may be required by the management.
