• The applicants should have minimum 05 years practical work experience in relevant position.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Technical Sides professional training preferred.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Deep understanding of maintenance sides.
• Strong knowledge of technical sides.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.
• Must be well organized, honest, sincere and non-smoker.

Job Context:

We are looking for a highly strategic, results-driven, Assistant Manager (Maintenance) who will assist the Technical Manager (Engineering) to organize work schedule for daily basis. Follows up all Maintenance orders from Branches, performs any other duty that is assigned to him.

Job Description:

• To develop a solid operational knowledge of all engineering operational procedures and to be well acquainted with the function of other departments in the branch’s requirements.
• To submit reports to the Technical Manager (Engineering) on the condition of the building and equipment.
• To continually work with the employees under his supervision in order to improve and maintain the highest standard of departmental operation.
• To implement safety courses to keep work accidents as low as possible.
• To assist in implementing a preventive maintenance program that will reduce expenses.
• To supervise the scheduling and discipline in the Technical Service Dept.
• To implement fire and evacuation procedures for guests as well as for employees.
• To supervise and to cooperate the activities of workers involved in the construction of addition or alternation work to ensure the highest standards and to control expenses directly.
• To develop working relationships within the branch that will maintain and attain high-level employee morale.
• To conduct himself in a manner as to encourage fellow employees to do likewise.
• To be always efficient, courteous and pleasant and to show at all times a helpful attitude and never to talk in a loud voice to other employees.
• To be aware of all house rules and policies and not only to obey them, but to cooperate in maintaining them.
• Any others related task that will be assigned by Management.
