· Supervise project erection and construction activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.

· Review, verify, and coordinate fabrication, erection, and shop drawings prior to execution.

· Check survey data and physically verify anchor bolt locations and levels as per approved installation and erection drawings.

· Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and material take-offs.

· Coordinate closely with project management, manufacturing, detailing, and site execution teams.

· Liaise with client representatives, architects, consultants, and government authority officials during site execution.

· Receive, inspect, and document materials delivered to site in accordance with project requirements.

· Maintain accurate site registers, daily logs, and progress records.

·   Develop and implement daily erection plans and monitor execution against schedule.

· Review material purchase requisitions and prepare contractor and vendor bills.

· Verify contractor bills and certify work progress for payment processing.

· Conduct site supervision, planning, coordination, and evaluation through to project completion and handover.

· Perform clash detection and coordination with MEP and architectural disciplines to resolve spatial conflicts prior to and during construction.

· Carry out structural quality inspections and coordinate required tests as per project specifications.

· Interpret and implement construction methodologies, quality control procedures, safety requirements, and overall project management plans.

· Prepare and submit daily and weekly site progress reports to reporting authorities.

· Provide on-site problem-solving and technical support during execution.

· Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
