We are looking for dynamic & self-motivated individuals for the mentioned positions:

Function: Sales & Service

Job Responsibilities:

  • Installed and configured diverse laboratory instruments (Hematology. Clinical Chemistry, Immunoassay, Coagulation, POCT) including complete software connectivity and validation.

  • Performed routine, periodic, and preventive maintenance, monitored analyzer performance, and ensured smooth instrument operation through timely technical interventions.

  • Provided customer training on instrument operation, daily maintenance, QC, calibration, and explained key technological and operational advantages.

  • Delivered 24/7 technical support both virtually and onsite, troubleshooting issues promptly while maintaining strong customer relationships to generate referrals and new leads.

  • Managed sales-related follow-ups with potential customers, recommended upgrades, developed product knowledge, and submitted detailed RCR and TSR reports for all service activities.
