Function: Sales & Service

Job Responsibilities:

• Promoted and sold IVD products to hospitals, diagnostic centers, and laboratories while consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Built and maintained strong relationships with doctors, lab technicians, and procurement teams, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Provided product demonstrations and technical support, identified new business opportunities, and expanded market coverage.

• Collected and analyzed competitor data to support strategic planning and collaborated with marketing and technical teams on promotional activities.

• Maintained accurate sales documentation by preparing daily call reports, tour plans, and monthly summaries, and ensured timely reporting of customer needs and complaints to management.
