Responsibilities & Context:
Must have registration under the Bangladesh pharmacy Council.
Supervise daily manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance, cGMP.
Organize & Monitor Daily Production Schedules .
Ensure adherence to cGMP and SOEs, including proper fill up, checking, and signing of BMR and BPR .
Lead, train, and coach production operators and supervisors, and manage team performance .
Coordinate with engineering departement for machinery maintenance, calibration, and cleaning of the production area .
Handle deviations, participate in audits (internal & external), and implement change controls to improve product quality and yield.
Experience In Production Liquid, Tablets, Capsules, dry syrup, semi-Solid, Ointment, sachet.
Optimizing Production schedule to meet target monitor operator& Packer.
Prepare& develop BMR, BPR ,SOP.
