Experience:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) / Master of Pharmacy (M. Pharm)

• Candidate must have computer skill & well conversant with Microsoft Office applications.

• Candidate should have registration number given by Bangladesh Pharmacy Council.

• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Candidate should have profound knowledge on Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmaceutical Calibration/Validation, Process Validation, Proper Documentations, Regulatory Affairs etc. Coordinate pharmaceutical-related activities for all products.

• Support regulatory inspections and compliance audits.

• Ensures manufacturing processes with organizational objectives and policies.

• Monitors drugs manufacturing activities in compliance with the requirements of GMP.

• Checks the availability of adequate raw and packing materials.

• Fulfills the monthly and weekly production plans according to the schedule.

• Ensures that all standard yield is maintained by production lines.

• Ensures the general cleanliness and hygienic conditions of the manufacturing areas.

• Ensures that there is discipline and good working culture among the staff.

• Ensures the hygienic condition of production personnel.

• Ensures production people wear mask, gloves and shoes before entering into production.

• Prepares daily reports.

• Mainly supervises duties of subordinates, operators and rest of workers.

• Performs other duties as assigned by Assistant Production Manager & Production Manager.
