Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum Bachelor`s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Masters` will be an added advantage.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): HVAC System, Power

• Minimum 8-10 years of practical experience in the relevant field with 2 years in a leadership role

• Practical experience in maintaining HVAC systems, Electrical distribution, power generation and energy management.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation, operation and maintenance of HVAC systems across all hospital zones

• Monitor air quality, temperature control & ventilation efficiency in patient wards, OTS, ICUs etc.

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of all electrical systems including power distribution panels, transformers, LT/HT switchgear and backup generator.

• Ensure uninterrupted supply of power, medical gases, chilled and hot water. Supervise maintenance of UPS systems, emergency lights, elevators, lifts, pumps,

• medical gas plant, water treatment plant, drainage systems, sterilization boilers, plumbing fixtures, fire suppression systems and fire alarm systems

• Ensure uninterrupted supply of medical gases, chilled and hot water.

• Supervise the engineering team and ensure efficient workflow

• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, fire safety protocols, fire safety codes and regulatory compliance
