• Experience in Bicycle Trade will get preference.

We are looking for a creative Mechanical Engineer to work on all product stages from research and development to design and manufacture.

• Must have knowledge about production, if you have knowledge about bicycle production, then even better.

• Have to achieve the production according to the target.

• Maintain detailed Production reports and analyze trends to identify recurring issues.

• Designing systems and components that meet the production needs and requirements.

• Solid understanding of core concepts including mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, materials science etc.

• Creativity and analytical skills.

• Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner.

• Work closely with Quality teams to enhance processes and minimize defects.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer specifications, and the guidelines of Operation Head.

• Identify areas for production improvement and implement corrective actions.
