Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have knowledge about production, if you have knowledge about bicycle production, then even better.
∎ Have to achieve the production according to the target.
∎ Maintain detailed Production reports and analyze trends to identify recurring issues.
∎ Designing systems and components that meet the production needs and requirements.
∎ Solid understanding of core concepts including mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, materials science etc.
∎ Creativity and analytical skills.
∎ Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner.
∎ Work closely with Quality teams to enhance processes and minimize defects.
∎ Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer specifications, and the guidelines of Operation Head.
∎ Identify areas for production improvement and implement corrective actions.
∎ We are looking for a creative Mechanical Engineer to work on all product stages from research and development to design and manufacture.
