Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import, Garments, Textile, Group of Companies, Bicycle

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management

• Honors in any discipline.

• PGD will be an added advantage.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import, Garments, Textile, Group of Companies, Bicycle

• Must be computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, Internet Explorer, E-mail).

• Must have good verbal & written communication skill in both English & Bengali.

• Must Have good knowledge in Labour Law-2006 and social compliance.

• Having sound knowledge regarding garments factory administration.

• Will be responsible for KPI, new employee joining processing, Orientation/Induction, Exit interview, Ensure Transfer, Increment, Promotion, Separation, Etc.

• Conduct training program, Follow up daily housekeeping activities, leave management, personal file management.

• Assist in keeping all documents and factories ready for social compliance audits.

• Assist to prepare payment sheet (Salary, Extra OT, Tiffin, Night allowance etc.)

• Update internal databases with new hire information.

• Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.

• Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.

• Respond to employees’ questions about benefits.
