Must be computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, Internet Explorer, E-mail).
Must have good verbal & written communication skill in both English & Bengali.
Must Have good knowledge in Labour Law-2006 and social compliance.
Having sound knowledge regarding garments factory administration.
Responsibilities & Context:
Will be responsible for KPI, new employee joining processing, Orientation/Induction, Exit interview, Ensure Transfer, Increment, Promotion, Separation, Etc.
Conduct training program, Follow up daily housekeeping activities, leave management, personal file management.
Assist in keeping all documents and factories ready for social compliance audits.
Assist to prepare payment sheet (Salary, Extra OT, Tiffin, Night allowance etc.)
Update internal databases with new hire information.
Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
Respond to employees’ questions about benefits.
