• Diploma in Civil

• Diploma / BSc in Civil Engineering

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Real Estate, Group of Companies, Resort, Developer, Real Estate Startup, Land Management

• 5-10 years of relevant experience (real estate or high-rise building preferred)

• Practical knowledge of building services and safety standards

• Good communication and reporting skills

• Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and utility systems

• Ensure smooth functioning of lifts, generators, pumps, HVAC, and related services

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams for maintenance works

• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely solutions

• Maintain service logs, reports, and compliance records
