• Masters

English medium background or with strong English communication and Basic or advanced IT knowledge is preferred

Strong English communication skills and basic or advanced IT knowledge

• Promote and sell apartments, commercial spaces, land projects, and real estate investment opportunities

• Communicate professionally with potential clients through phone calls, meetings, social media, and field visits

• Maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, landowners, and corporate clients

• Prepare client follow-ups, sales reports, proposals, and presentations

• Support digital marketing activities, client database management, and project promotion

• Attend client meetings, property visits, events, fairs, and promotional activities

• Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets
