  • Retired Army / Defense Personnel (preferred)

  • Minimum 3-5 years of post-retirement experience in administration or operations

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree will be an advantage)

  • Strong command over administrative procedures, reporting, and compliance

  • Good leadership, communication, and team-handling skills

  • High level of discipline, integrity, and responsibility

  • Strong organizational and coordination ability

  • Experience in security management and protocol handling

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)

Job Purpose

We are looking for a disciplined, experienced, and proactive AGM - Administration to lead and manage overall administrative operations. The role requires strong leadership, compliance mindset, and the ability to maintain structured systems across office, site, and support functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth office management

  • Develop and implement administrative policies, SOPs, and internal controls

  • Supervise security, logistics, transport, housekeeping, and facility management

  • Manage vendor contracts, procurement coordination, and service agreements

  • Ensure discipline, compliance, and coordination among admin staff and support teams

  • Liaise with management on administrative planning and risk mitigation

  • Support HR in disciplinary matters, attendance control, and internal coordination

  • Handle crisis management, safety protocols, and emergency preparedness
