Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic business development and marketing plans for residential apartment projects
Lead integrated marketing campaigns (digital, offline, and branding initiatives) to generate quality leads
Analyze real estate market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, investors, vendors, and key stakeholders
Support land acquisition initiatives and evaluate potential project opportunities
Oversee brand positioning, promotional strategy, and corporate communication
Monitor sales pipeline, CRM management, and customer engagement to improve conversion performance
Collaborate with sales, design, and project teams for successful product positioning and launch
Explore and develop new business ventures, products, and strategic partnerships
Provide strategic input to top management for long-term business planning and expansion
