Experience:
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, or relevant discipline.
At least 5–7 years in a senior leadership role, such as Group Head/ ED/ CEO/ MD, is a must.

Job Context:
Rupayan Group is seeking a dynamic individual to oversee various business operations, including a satellite TV channel, newspaper, private university, apartment & commercial space rent and leasing, personal asset management, welfare trust, land development, and construction.
The Group CEO will be responsible for providing overall strategic leadership, ensuring operational excellence, financial sustainability, strong governance, and long-term growth across all business units. The role requires strong cross-functional expertise and hands-on leadership capability.
Job Responsibilities:
Formulate and execute the Group’s vision, mission, and long-term strategic plans.
Lead and oversee overall business operations across all sectors and subsidiaries.
Provide strategic oversight on HR, Administration, Finance & Accounts, Production, Marketing, Sales, and Business Operations.
Ensure effective financial planning, budgeting, cost control, cash flow management, and profitability.
Oversee content production, broadcasting operations, and commercial performance of media businesses.
Guide academic governance, regulatory compliance, and operational sustainability of education ventures.
Provide strategic leadership for land acquisition, development, construction projects, and property rent & leasing operations.
Ensure timely project execution, quality control, and risk management.
Establish strong corporate governance, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
Build, mentor, and lead senior management teams; ensure succession planning and performance management.
Act as the primary liaison with the Board of Directors, regulators, investors, and key stakeholders.
