Experience:
Master’s degree in Library Science / Information Science / Information Management (Minimum Second Class or CGPA equivalent) from a reputed university.
At least 08 years of experience as academic/library research.
At least 3–5 years of experience in a senior or mid-level position such as Assistant Librarian / Deputy Librarian.
Experience in digital library management and automation systems will be given preference.
Strong leadership and administrative capabilities.
In-depth knowledge of library software.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a newly established academic institution environment.
Strong understanding of academic accreditation standards and research support services.

The Librarian will be responsible for establishing, managing, and modernizing the university library system in alignment with international academic standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Establish and manage the university library system from the inception stage.
Develop library policies, procedures, and cataloging systems in line with international standards.
Implement digital library systems, e-resources, and automation tools.
Manage acquisition, classification, indexing, and circulation of books and academic resources.
Ensure smooth operation of both physical and digital library services.
Maintain liaison with publishers, vendors, and academic resource providers.
Support faculty and students in research and information access.
Train and supervise library staff and assistants.
Prepare regular reports on library development and usage statistics.
Ensure compliance with accreditation and academic regulatory requirements.
