Experience:

• PhD in the relevant discipline from a recognized university (preferably from a recognized international institution)

• First Class/equivalent CGPA in Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in the relevant discipline from a recognized university.  

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): University

• At least 3 years as a Lecturer.

• Minimum 1 research publication in a recognized journal.

• Strong academic background with consistent results.

• Evidence of research publications in reputable journals (Scopus/WoS preferred).

• Experience in supervising student research/projects will be an advantage.

• Excellent communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills.

• Commitment to teaching excellence and continuous professional development.

• Familiarity with Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and modern teaching methodologies.

• Ability to contribute to innovative curriculum design aligned with global standards
