Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assisting the Director/Associate Director/ Assistant Director of IQAC in conducting training/workshop/seminar etc. for faculties, officers and support staff.

  • Arranging meetings on a regular basis as per Director/Assistant Director of IQAC’s instruction.

  • Preparing meeting minutes and filling them properly.

  • Assisting the Director/Associate Director/ Assistant Director of IQAC to establish liaison with other universities and research organizations at home and abroad to learn the best practices.

  • Assisting the Director/Associate Director/ Assistant Director of IQAC in preparation of performance-based budget subject to availability of grants, aid, endowment from the UGC and other organizations.

  • Giving input in data-base software of information regarding the training to be delivered to all relevant stakeholders on QA and TL.

  • Filing all types of IQAC related documents and reports and preserving them.

  • Assisting in preparing reports for the QAC and the UGC.

  • Providing support to the Office of the Registrar as and when required.

  • Proactively posting content on the Department/University’s website, social media pages and newspaper by writing, editing and sharing news stories, events, compelling content, images etc.

  • Communicating relevant news and updates within student and alumni groups on social media channels.

  • Maintaining all types of departmental schedules, meetings and deadlines.

  • Any other tasks assigned by the management.
