Experience:

• PhD in the relevant discipline from a recognized university (preferably from a recognized international institution)

• First Class/equivalent CGPA in Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in the relevant discipline from a recognized university.  

• 7 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): University

• At least 7 years of active experience in the teaching profession.

• At least 5 years as an Assistant Professor.

• Minimum 7 research publications in recognized journals.

• Strong publication record in recognized indexed journals (Scopus/WoS preferred).

• Experience in supervising postgraduate students.

• Demonstrated academic leadership and administrative capabilities will be an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and service.

• Familiarity with Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and modern teaching methodologies.

• Ability to contribute to program development aligned with international standards

• Contribute to curriculum design, development, and continuous improvement.

• Participate in academic planning, quality assurance, and accreditation activities.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior faculty members.

• Engage in departmental and university-level committees and initiatives.

• Foster collaboration with industry, academia, and research organizations.
