Experience:
PhD in the relevant discipline from a recognized university (preferably from a recognized international institution)
First Class/equivalent CGPA in Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in the relevant discipline from a recognized university.
At least 7 years of active experience in the teaching profession.
At least 5 years as an Assistant Professor.
Minimum 7 research publications in recognized journals.
Strong publication record in recognized indexed journals (Scopus/WoS preferred).
Experience in supervising postgraduate students.
Demonstrated academic leadership and administrative capabilities will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and service.
Familiarity with Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and modern teaching methodologies.
Ability to contribute to program development aligned with international standards

Participate in academic planning, quality assurance, and accreditation activities.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior faculty members.
