Experience:
PhD in the relevant discipline from a recognized university (preferably from a recognized international institution)
First Class/equivalent CGPA in Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in the relevant discipline from a recognized university.
At least 12 years of active experience in the teaching profession.
At least 6 years as an Associate Professor.
Minimum 15 research publications in recognized journals.
Strong record of publications in peer-reviewed, indexed journals (Scopus/WoS preferred).
Demonstrated experience in supervising postgraduate research (Master’s, MPhil, and PhD level).
Proven academic leadership and administrative experience will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Commitment to academic excellence and research innovation.
Ability to contribute to curriculum design aligned with global standards.
Experience with outcome-based education (OBE) and accreditation processes is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide academic leadership in teaching, research, and curriculum development
Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputed indexed journals
Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students, including thesis and research projects
Contribute to academic program development and accreditation processes
Mentor junior faculty members and promote a collaborative academic environment
Participate in university committees, policy formulation, and strategic initiatives
Establish industry, academic, and research collaborations at national and international levels
