Responsibilities:
Compliance Responsibilities:
Ensure Compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, ILS and buyer’s code of conduct requirements.
Lead the Compliance team and enhance their competency to Prepare factory for internal and external compliance audits.
Should have well-experience in BSCI, Sedex, GOTS, OCS, RSC, HIGG audits and other social, ethical and safety compliance related audits.
Should have good skills in preparing audit CAP and maintaining all compliance documents as required.
Maintaining smooth communication with the government office and compliance related organizations.
Ensure a healthy workplace by managing safety, hygiene, and environmental operations.
HR Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment, manpower planning, and talent management for factory operations.
Develop organizational strategies by identifying and addressing HR issues, contributing to strategic thinking, and aligning HR objectives with company policies.
Manage all kinds of HR and Training related activities including HR succession plan, performance appraisal and HR budgeting Etc.
Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary action procedures.
Motivate staff and maintain pleasant relations between workers and management.
Develop and update the company organogram, SOP, and overall manpower planning.
Conduct wages and benefit surveys to remain competitive with industry trends.
Admin Responsibilities:
Support organizational and staff management through effective office administration.
Maintain discipline and the chain of command within the factory.
Oversee access control, time attendance, security, and emergency procedures.
Maintain strong relationships with law enforcement and government agencies to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure legal compliance documents up to date.
Coordinate and support management teams and department heads.
Organize official meetings as required and supervise subordinate staff.
Ensure proper functioning of worker participation committee and grievance mechanism.
