Assistant Manager, Project Development is responsible for identifying, planning, and developing new projects from concept to execution. This role involves feasibility analysis, stakeholder coordination, budgeting, and ensuring projects align with organizational goals and strategies.

1. Project Coordination & Management
• Oversee and manage multiple ongoing projects across departments.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
• Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare and submit regular work reports.

2. Financial & Payment Processing
Manage periodic payment processes (e.g., SR Championship payments, vendor payments).
Ensure timely disbursement through platforms like bKash & other platforms.
Monitor financial reporting cycles.
3. Event Planning & Management
Plan and execute events.
Handle event logistics, communication, and coordination.

Maintain regular communication with vendors and partners.
Ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
Resolve issues and follow up on pending tasks.
