Job Summary:

Assistant Manager, Project Development is responsible for identifying, planning, and developing new projects from concept to execution. This role involves feasibility analysis, stakeholder coordination, budgeting, and ensuring projects align with organizational goals and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination & Management

• Oversee and manage multiple ongoing projects across departments.

• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.

• Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables.

• Prepare and submit regular work reports.

2. Financial & Payment Processing

Manage periodic payment processes (e.g., SR Championship payments, vendor payments).

Ensure timely disbursement through platforms like bKash & other platforms.

Monitor financial reporting cycles.

3. Event Planning & Management

Plan and execute events.

Handle event logistics, communication, and coordination.

4. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

Maintain regular communication with vendors and partners.

Ensure timely delivery of services and materials.

Resolve issues and follow up on pending tasks.

5. More Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate new project opportunities aligned with business objectives

Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and risk assessments

Develop project proposals, business cases, and strategic plans

Prepare budgets, timelines, and resource allocation plans

Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders

Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to management

• Manage project documentation, approvals, and implementation processes

Build and maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and consultants

Identify potential risks and Opportunities

Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants

Create and maintain comprehensive project documents, plans and reports

Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
