• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• Age At least 28 years

• Must have work in factory/Plant.
• Training/Trade Course: 6-month Fire Safety Course from FSCD (Mandatory).
• Must have adequate knowledge about ACCORD & ALLIANCE.
• Strong knowledge of national fire safety codes, factory act, and buyer compliance requirements.
• Strong knowledge of RSC/Accord/Alliance safety standards, labor laws, and compliance protocols.
• Should have Fire Safety Officer Course from FSCD.
• Strong leadership, supervision, and crisis management skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of firefighting equipment and safety management systems.
• Excellent communication skills to train and motivate factory staff.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly during emergencies.
• Problem-solving attitude with strong documentation ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Conduct awareness programs on safety rules and regulations, compliance & welfare issues, health, hygiene, first aid, etc.

• Conduct risk assessment on environmental health and safety, occupational health and safety, fire safety.Suggest corrective action plan based on internal fire and environmental risk assessment.

• Plan and guide management to solve the current existing EHS, occupation and fire risk, hazards.Monitor factories inspection, preventive work, along with other business departments.

• Overall fire safety management of factory.Regular check, monitor and maintenance of building fire & safety equipments`

• Regular fire safety training arrangement for staff & operators manage and coordinate fire safety team

• Conduct EHS & fire safety risk assessment and suggest a corrective action plan to management.

• Reporting on monthly yard EHS statistics & keep record of documentation.

• Attend and manager fire safety audits by the various regulatory Ensure Internal & External Audit related documents & reports.

• Ensure re-filling of Fire Extinguishers Investigate and report on accidents & related incidents and recommend necessary changes. Any other relevant job may be assigned by the management.
