Knowledge on planning, administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology
Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique and coordination of people and resources
Solution driven, smart, approachable and possesses ability to work with people from different backgrounds
Analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution
Manage and maintain schedules and coordinate to arrange appointments /meeting/conferences/ travel/ interview/events and other similar activities as well as prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
Receiving, open, sort and prioritizing incoming phone calls/emails/visitors and distribute incoming correspondence
Maintaining paper, file and retrieve documents, electronic files/records/reports-official/personal
Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Head, Seed and Agro in resolving day to day functional and operational problems
Acting as communication liaison and maintaining open lines of communication between Executives/Directors/Reporting units/Middle management/Administrative Staff/Stakeholders
Follow decisions and liaison with other departments of the organization
Providing logistical support and perform other duties assigned by Enterprise
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the respective authority
